At every stage in my career, work life balance has always played a key role. Finding the right mix, nourishes a healthy environment for one to succeed. Luckily enough, I learned that early in my career when time was of the essence. Building a successful business from the ground up does not happen without the support of family and friends, and so work life balance has always been a pillar throughout my career.
As I look back, I consider myself extremely fortunate for the love and support my family and friends have always given me. Early on, I thank my parents for their continued support to pursue my studies. I thank my wife for all our years of marriage and the love and support she has given me while I worked to establish my business, and we worked to establish our family. During my career, I have created long-time friendships with my business associates, that I now call family and am extremely grateful. Marriage, parenthood, and family make it all worth the effort. Core to my belief is to work hard and perform at optimal levels, so that quality time with family is never sacrificed.
